Right-click on a blank spot in the folder, and choose New > Folder.

Do not play with 'My Documents' it no longer exists as a real
directory/folder, it is now a fancy pointer to 'Documents' for legacy
programs.

You want to add to 'Documents', located in C:\Users\your name\Documents
