"My Documents" Windows Appears Twice are Account Logon

I have recently started having a problem with my Windows XP Home Edition,
before and after I installed SP2. I have 5 accounts on my computer. Everytime
anyone logs onto their account, all 5, they immediately get the "My
Documents" window displayed twice. Why is this happening and what can I do to
stop it? As I am not a guru, I'd appreciate an explanation in as simple terms
as possible. Many thanks in advance. Alan KS.
 
Many times it can be caused by a third party program running in the
background. Did you recently install a new program? Go to start>run type
in "msconfig". Go to the startup tab and uncheck any programs you don't
need running in the background. Reboot your computer and see if "My
Docunents" appear twice.
If this does not work you might try restoring your system to an earlier time
before the double "My Documents" began appearing.
