My Documents missing from Windows Explorer

When I open Windows Explorer there is no longer a "My
Documents" shortcut. I can get there by going to c:
\Documents and Settings\juliea\My Documents, but that's
such a pain. How do I make the shortcut appear again?

Launch Windows Explorer, click on Tools | Folder Options | View [tab]. Scroll
down to "Show My Documents o the Desktop" and enable. Click on Apply & OK.

This should now show up in the Desktop and in Windows Explorer's folder view.
