My Documents icon was deleted

A user deleted the My Documents icon from the desktop, how
does one go about restoring the icon, the folder still
exists in the user profile. changing the folder settings
does not work.

Control Panel|Folder Options|View, then check the box for "Show My Documents
on the Desktop"
