My Documents Drop Down Folder Has A Glitch?

I hope that someone can help me. A few weeks ago I discovered that when
I opened the Drop Down Menu in My Documents to move some image files
into their appropriate folders, that My Documents which normally has
the + next to it, that you click on to show all of your folders, well
that is gone. Now I have to open an existing folder in My Documents and
go back, in order for the + sign to appear. I know this does not seem
like a huge problem, but I work with a lot of graphics and it becomes
tedious.
Does anyone know what caused this and how it can be fixed?
Thank You
Susan

Hi, Susan-
I am still recovering from the exact same problem. I was on Microsoft for a
whole day. It should be fixable. There's a glitch in the micro upgrade :-(

Susan,

Do you have the update installed?
Do you have nVidia graphics in your system?

I have all the Microsoft Updates and I had nVidia installed until
Sunday morning when I installed a new Radeon video card. It didn't
change the problem though. Have you found the solution to your problem?
Susan

Susan,

See the paragraph in the following URL, which talks about the nVidia context
menu entry, though you're _now_ using ATI Radeon.
