My document won't let unprotect it...help

I have protected my documnet with a password and now I can't unprotect it....
 
If it's protected by a password to open, you're SOL, but if it's just
protected for forms you can remove the protection by inserting the file in a
new document, and a password to modify can be overcome using Save As.
