My display seems to be zoomed in -or it is magnifier issue?

After reboot my 22 inch lcd monitor which was set to 1680x1050 resolution
appeared to be in"zoomed in" mode. I can not turn it off. The only possible
resolution to work is 1024x768. Can somebody can help to solve it out. I am
running WinXP with SP2 if it does matter.
