My computer's allways starting on cmd

I've changed by mistake my boot.ini settings in msconfig to safeboot in
repair mode. Whe I turn on my computer it goes to cmd and I don't know how to
rollback to normal startup. How do I run msconfig on Xp's CMD?

Type msconfig and press <Enter>. Or use the full path to it:

c:\windows\pchealth\helpctr\binaries\msconfig.exe
