Hi!
I'm hoping there is someone out there that can tell me why
i keep getting error messages and it keeps shutting down
on me?
I always send a report and the online crash analysis says
it is caused by w32/gaobot
Does anyone know how to get rid of this whatever it is???

Virus. Check McAfee or Norton/Symantec web sites.

You have no Antivirus protection.
You have not updated your version of windows in along time.
Your (lack of) computer security practices resulted in your computer being

I would bet money that it is not the only infection you have.

Until you learn to practice safe computing, you should turn your computer
off and never use it.

Until you learn to use the tools necessary to make your computer safe, you
are a threat to everyone else on the internet...you machine is infecting
other unprotected machines as you read this.
