I have a possible virus infected computer. I cannot seem to access "my
computer". Any tips, hints, suggestions?

This may be a dumb question but how are the malware removed. Its running as
I type this but the options across the top doesn't list anything about
removal. "Quarantine" seems to be the closest option. I'm trying to think
ahead as this has been running for close to 40 minutes now and I don't want
to do something stupid after waiting this long.

What does "Its [sic] running" refer to? What program?

I'm sorry, the Malwarebytes Anti Malware program. However, when it finished
it was pretty obvious what to do next. Sorry for the confusion.
