I am hoping that someone will be able to help me, i just set up a new
computer and everything is so large that i can not see most of my stuff. I
just wanted to know if anyone could tell me how to reduce the size, it is not
just in my reading it is my whole msn site. even this site is extremely huge.

Right click the Desktop select Properties, Appearance, Font Size and select a different font size. You can also explore the other options there to help customize your display.

Click: Start/Control Panel, then click on the Display icon.
In the Display Properties window click on the Setting tab.
In the bottom left corner you should see a Screen Resolution slider.
If it set to 800x600, then move the slider to the right to 1024x768 and
Apply.

Good advice, but 1024x768 isn't necessarily best for him. A higher
resolution may be appropriate, depending on his monitor size. He should try
the available settings and pick whichever he prefers.

Did you load the driver for your video card ?? If not, you won't be able to
change the screen resolution.
