My computer will not detect my new monitor.

The computer I have was purchased from a business and connected to other computers. When I try to create an internet account it will only detect the monitor it used to be connected to.
 
I'm confused - what does your attempt to create an internet account have to
do with monitor detection?

You sound like you are in way over your head here...

An internet account does not connect to a monitor....

Perhaps you should find someone with a little bit of working knowledge about
computers to help you...
