My Computer Shortcut

When I click on My Computer, I get the flashlight that says it cnt find it.
what do I do to correct this??

Right click desktop -> click 'Properties' -> 'Desktop' tab -> 'Customize
Desktop' button. Is 'My Computer' checked?
