My computer resets after the scan disk finishes

Hello! I am in big trouble... Every time the scan disk finishes, a blue
screen with a white text appears for a second or so and then my pc suddenly
resets. After that, when i eneter Windows, I cancel the scan disk and then,
when i get inot the desktop, a window appears telling me to send an error
report to Microsoft. I cliked on tehnical informations and i got this:

BCCode: c0000218 BCP1: E152FA38 BCP2: 00000000 BCP3: 00000000 BCP4: 00000000
OSVer: 5_1_2600 SP: 0_0 Product: 256_1.
The files it wants to submmit to microsoft are:
C:\windows\minidump\Mini092504-01.dmp
and
C:\DOCUME~1\NeSSuS\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER1.tmp.dir00\sysdata.xml

(where NeSSuS is my logon username). I found the Mini092504-01.dmp file (if
you need it, please tell me) but i couldn't find the sysdata.xml file. I also
filmed the blue screen that shows up after the scan disk finished with my
digital camera. It says this:

STOP: c0000218 (Registry File Failure)
The registry cannot load the hive (file):
\systemRoot\System32\Config\SOFTWARE
or its log or alternate.
It is corrupt, absent, or not writable.

Beggining dump of physical memory.
Physical memory dump complete.
Contact your system administrator or tehnical support group for further
assistance.
