Blue screen after system starts and get the following error messag

Hi ,
I get the following error messages in my system recently, and there will be
a blue screen that pops up for 2 seconds, i am unable to read the message but
the system restarts, this happens frequently now and some times i am able to
use my system and found a error saying "system has recovered from serious
error"
and get the following error codes

BCCode : 1000008e BCP1 : C0000005 BCP2 : F786095B BCP3 : ED824B10
BCP4 : 00000000 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 256_1

also
this is displayed

The following files will be included in this error report
