My Computer & Recycle Bin opens in Paintshop Pro

The last few days I have been having this really weird problem. Everytime I
try to open the Recycle Bin or My Computer (using XP Pro with SP1) PaintShop
Pro 9 opens instead.

I have turned off all file associations in Paintshop Pro, plus uninstalled
it (including registry clean) and it worked but when I reinstall it the
problem comes back. I have been using Paintshop for a long ttime and this
never happened before so it has got me stumped

Any help would be appreciated

go to start/run, and type: regsvr32 shell32.dll
