my computer moniter is horizontal

the information on the page is literallly horizontal. how do i fix this?

Press CTRL + ALT and any Arrow Key ( left, Right, Down, Up) on your Keyboard.

Also Right click the Desktop and select properties, on the Display
properties see if there is an option to rotate your screen.

Try Ctrl-Alt-Up Arrow (or sometimes Ctrl-Shift-R).
