My computer keeps shutting down and my CD rom drivers don't functi

Both my CD roms are not functioning properly due to "Windows cannot
initialize the device driver for this hardware. (Code 37)". Also my computer
is frequently turning off when the computer is under moderate strain. I
cannot run a virus scan because my computer turns off (it dosn't shut down,
just completely turns off), therefore i am unsure of the nature of this
problem.

Can someone PLEASE help me.

This may or may not work. Download "stinger" from ther following website, I
believe that you have a worm and this program speciallises in removing worms
from the computer without putting too much strain on it
