My Computer, IE, Network Places Icons don't work

Clicking these icons only refreshes my screen :o(

This pc is running Win2k with SP4

Any ideas? Suggestions?

Nevermind, got the answer on a different forum. Lots of
spyware/adware on this computer. Deleting it took care of
the problem.
