My computer icon

Hello
I have a very strange problem with "My Computer" icon.I can run an explorer
with double-clicking on icon , but when I try to open one more it just
restore down my first one.

Not strange at all, it is a user preference. My Computer, Tools, Folder
Options, Browse Folders, pick if you want separate windows or same window.
