my color won't print on my page - please help

when i have both cartridges - color and black & white, my color won't print.
when i take out the black & white, my color page still won't print. Please
help. Thank you.

Color v. Black & White is typically a matter of your printer settings. In
the Print dialog click the Properties button & check the settings for your
printer. Specifics will vary depending on what printer you have.

If this isn't the solution you'll need to supply a much more accurate
description of what the problem is - and specify what version of Word you're
using.
