My CD Rom won't open

For some reason my CD Drive stopped working this morning when my mother put in a disk... for some reason i can read the disk and everything, but i can't eject the dang thing! so if anyone can lend me any input e-mail me at (e-mail address removed)..

HELP!!!
 
Hi

Open Windows Explorer, right click on the icon for your CD drive and select 'Eject'.
