my calendar in Outlook is stuck on September 15.

Outlook is stuck on September 2008. The calendar notifications are not
working. I've checked the settings for the notifications and it set to pop
up 15 minutes before.
This is also afffecting my inbox as what should be the current day header
displays Date: Next month. Last week category states Date: Next Week etc.
How do I get Outlook to recognize the current date?
I've run detect and repair and have gone to the Control Panel and Run Repair
still to no avail.

Have you double checked your computer's clock to make sure it's not set to
September?
