My Address Bar is Gone?!

My address bar dissapeared one day and now I can't get it
back. I've tried everything, and even reinstalled the
program, but it didn't work. i can't seem to find the
problem in my settings. What's going on?
 
Right click any where on the tool bars at the top (even
just to the right next to where it says "help".

A pop up menu will appear. If the "Address Bar" is not
ticked, click on it (with your left mouse button).

If it is ticked, sorry I can't help...but I hope this
solves your problems....

Under IE> View> Toolbars, it's checked, right?
Try...
Right-click on your toolbar and uncheck "Lock the toolbars." Grab the
"handles" on the other toolbars and move them around- up & down as well as
sideways. The address bar should appear.
