My 250GB hardrive only shows 408MB?

I just installed a new Seagate Ultra ATA/100 Internal Hard Drive and cannot
get it to work. It's capacity is stuck at 408 MB. I've tried installing
Service Pack 2 for Windows XP and updating my system bios. I'm running out
of ideas. I'm not sure if this applys to the 137 GB limitation or not. Any
ideas?
 
Hi Kevin,

Does your motherboard support the Ultra ATA/100 connections? Did you
connect it to the proper connector on the motherboard?
