Do you get any error messages, are you sure it is properly connected and
jumpered? Also, check the manufacturer's website for their diagnostics
utility, download it, make note of their instructions of what to do and how
to create their diagnostic floppy disk and run the diagnostic.
Or, are you saying that the you can't boot from the hard drive, CD or
floppy? If that is the case, you have a hardware problem, it may how you've
connected them or it might be something more serious in which case you need
to have your system checked by a qualified technician.
