MWMM played in Windows Media Player

After saving MWWM video to computer, I played it in windows media player. The
transitions were choppy and occasionally lagged. The pics i used tended to be
blurry.. But there is no other way I know of for friends to view video, even
if they have MWMM. Is there something I can do to increase the quality of
video? (Look great in MWMM)

Since this is an XP newsgroup...I'm
guessing you are running XP?

This is a little confusing and there is no
such Movie Maker file as MWMM...

If you explain what you are trying to do...
we may be able to offer some useful
ideas.

There is a .mswmm project file but that
is only useful for re-editing purposes in
Movie Maker.

For sharing with friends...you need to save
in a video format like .wmv...as follows...

To save as a .wmv movie file...
Type...Ctrl+P to open the Save Movie Wizard /
Choose...My Computer /
Next /
Enter a Name and a Save Location /
Next /
Tick...'Best Quality For My Computer'
Next/
Wait while the movie is saved /
Finish...

For better quality resolution...you need higher
resolution source files and then save using a
custom profile.

If your saved video files are not the resolution you
require...you may need to use a Custom Profile:

Personally, I find the following .wmv profile to be
useful when saving movies.

Download from the following site...

Movie Maker 2 - Saving
Movies - Custom WMV Profiles
http://www.papajohn.org/MM2-SavingMovies-CustomProfiles.html

Right click / Save as...drop it in the following folder:
C:\Program Files\Movie Maker\Shared\Profiles folder

In Movie Maker...the next time you save a movie...
Go to File / Save Movie file / Show More Choices /
Other Settings / Open the drop window and choose...
