muti display with 2 video cards

installing 2 video cars one agp and pci
trying to install 2nd video card in pci
agp= ati 7500 dual head
pci =ati 7500 dual head

when starting cp first time xp would only
run pci card not agp card? any help would be nice.
trying to run 3 or 4 displays

Check you system bios and make sure AGP is initialize first, the remove the
PCI card and reboot.

After XP has boot successfully with the AGP card, shutdown the system and
insert the PCI card and reboot.
