Mustek 600cp

I have a Mustek 600 cp scanner but can't seem to install
it on os xp. when i go to driverguide for the driver and
attempt to install it the microsoft serious error screen
appears. please help

I had a Plustek scanner and had to upgrade to a new one as there was no
support for the old one under XP. Much better anyway, if you can afford it.
It was a parallel connected scanner with the printer.
