Must keep re-installing MSN security update #823559

The MSN security update file #823559 keeps disappearing
and I get a Critical Update notice from MSN each time I
open Internet Explorer and I have to keep re-installing
it. My guess is it installs to a Temp Internet File and is
deleted automatically when I log off. How do I correct
this?
