Musicmatch Login Problem

I have recently been unable to login to MM to download tracks. I get a MM error that says,'FAILED TO LOAD BROWSER PAGE'. I contacted MM support but they are slow in responding and appear to be unknowledgeable. I am having a similiar problem with Napster. I'm using MM 8.2 and have uninstalled & reinstalled to no avail. Anybody have any ideas?
 
Hi, Problem with MusicMatch will not be solved here as this is a Microsoft
Newsgroup. Your best bet is to just hammer MM for help until you get what
you want.

Yeah, You're probably right. However, I am having the same problem with all the music downloading software, you name one and I've tried it. So, I think it has to be either a XP or IE issue but probably its because its a computer. I need another boat anchor anyway.
