im having a problem with musicmatch it seems that when i
try to burn music to the hard drive with musicmatch or
even i just open the application it restarts my computer
and then tells me that system error has occured....when i
send the info to microsoft they tell me it has something
to do with my device driver but they dont tell me which
one.....i have also read on the net that the Service Pack
1 microsoft issued to fix major flaws in their software
has bugs that effect application....can someone help me....

..... probably the makers of MusicMatch. Have you tried checking on their
website for FAQ's ? Try un-installing it, re-booting then re-installing it.
Or invest in Nero.

Device driver : Right click on My Computor > Properties > Hardware > Device
Manager > are there any little yellow triangles against any device in Sound,
Video and Game Controllers ? If so, double click on it and the trouble
shooter will open. Follow the instructions.
