Since Yahoo took over MusicMatch, it's support forum has gone from bad to
worse... so I couldn't find anything on the problem you're having. Sorry.

Seems to me though, that message indicates an installation problem, or
conflicts with your Windows or other software, like an AV program, etc..

Had this MMJB installation worked for you before, or is it new? If you just
installed it, did you disable your AV program *before* you installed it? A
little more information about your installation and use, might solicit some
other responses here. :)

I have this same problem. It occurred after I downloaded a trial version of
Adobe Photoshop. I do not know if the two incedents are related, however. I
suspect a rotten mp3 to be behind the problem. Any suggestions? I am not
computer savvy at all.

The fact that your problem occurred after installing Photoshop makes me
wonder if lack of memory is a problem. How much RAM do you have, and what
*exactly* does your error message say? Does it have a number?

My error message says Runtime Error. This application has requested the
runtime to terminate in an unusual way. Any suggestions

Have you read the MusicMatch web site support suggestions at the link below?
You may find the error message you're getting, and solution there. If
not, or you have any questions about their instructions, just post again.
Often, their instructions haven't kept up with Windows updates, or are
confusing.
