I have music that plays during my entire power point presentation and it
works great. However, here is my problem. No matter what form I save it to
(html, pps, ppt, etc.), I cannot get the music to go with the presentation on
another computer. It works fine on my computer no matter what form I save it
in because the song is on my computer. Basically, the presentation is too
big to send via email (34MB), but I want to try to burn it onto a CD. Does
anyone know how to do this? Is it even possible?? I'm getting a little
frustrated. :(

You want to "embed" the music file. It's probably linked right now. The
default for PPT is to "link" any file greater than 100kb so you have to send
the source music or video file along with the PPT. To fix this go into
tools/options/general and increase the number on the "link sound with file
size greater than" box. The highest you can enter is 50,000 kb which is the
largest file size you can embed. Your music should play.
