music tracks

How can I place three music tracks on a single PowerPoint slide and have them
play in sequence in a continuous loop?

Depending on your PowerPoint version (this should work in 2003): Use Windows
Media Player to create a playlist and insert the playlist on your slide.

Or if you have audio editor such as Audacity which can be downloaded free at
audacity.sourceforge.net, you can combine the three tracks, export it as a
wav file, and then embed it into PowerPoint. Distribution-wise, it reduces
the chance of broken links.

Or as an alternative to keep it simple, use a sound editor (Audacity is free
and does a great job) to combine the tracks into a single file and insert
it.
