Music Playing Too Fast

When I try to play music or any kind of media it sounds like Mickey Mouse. I
need a quick fix please!!!
 
On windows media player there should be a bar towards the bottom with arrows
like this <>
click those until you see something like "speed"
there should be three buttons: SLOW NORMAL, AND FAST
Click normal.
