Music Notes in Outlook 2003

Hi all,

This is the weirdest thing I've ever seen. I'm currently using Outlook
2007 in Rich Text mode. I responded to a user's email (he uses Outlook
2003) and when he received my response, instead of seeing letters,
there were music notes! I asked him to send the message back to me and
when I got it, of course it looked normal.

Anyone ever seen or heard of this before?
 
Have the recipient check their message encoding format.
