music not recognized in Media Center

I am having trouble with getting a couple of music files recognized as part
of an album in media center. Here's the situation:

I had an album downloaded on my computer from a while back. I had initially
obtained the files downloading from something like Kazaa I believe. I
converted from aac format to wma. I made the files accessible in the windows
media player library. When I try to play them in media center, 12 of the 14
tracks are recognized as part of the complete album (the cover art displays
and the songs are fine), but the other 2 song files are placed into their own
'album' in media center with the same album title displayed but no cover art,
as if the system does not recognize them at all. The songs can be played,
but obviously the goal is to have the entire album imported into media center
intact.

My theory is that these 2 songs may have been downloaded differently from
the other 12 at the time I initially retrieved them onto my computer and
there is some sort of a tag that is not being recognized by windows to
identify it as part of the full album.

Any ideas on how I could fix this problem or what I should investigate?
Thanks!

The Album Artist also needs to be the same for all tracks to be grouped
as one album. See http://msmvps.com/thinice/articles/15229.aspx

I already have the album artist the same for all tracks, yet for some reason
these 2 tracks are not identified as part of the same album. Are there other
things I should be looking at? any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

1. Check there are no additional spaces or other white-space chars etc
in the Album Artist or Album Title field.
2. Try bulk editing all tracks together with the same information.

How do the nodes for the two sets of tracks appear in the left hand
pane? Does one have an Album Artist in parentheses after the Album title?
