Music Folder Access

Help!!! I just started having the problem of not being
able to access the My Music folder on my computer. I
receive an error message saying the folder is not
accessible and that access is denied. This problem never
happened before and I am confused on what to do.

Here is the error message:
C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\My Music is
not accessible. Access is denied.
