Music files in power point

I can't get the music file to play when I e-mail the presentation. I
increased the size for the file being linked, but it still doesn't play. I am
trying to send a .pps file out to my family and it needs to have the music.

I did read that page and did what they said with changing the link sounds and
it still will not play if e-mailed. I'm very frustrated.

Try this...
Make a new folder
Put a copy of the presentation in that folder
Put a copy of the wav file in that program
Open the presentation from that folder
Relink the wav file to that presentation
Zip the entire folder
Then send the zipped folder as an attachment
If you need a free zip program, try this:
http://free-backup-software.net/index.htm
After you install the zip program...
Highlight the folder with the presentation
Right click and select ZipIt and email or ZipIt---Create a Zip File
After that---send
Hope this helps!!!
