Music Database

I am in the process of setting up my music database in version 2003 under WinXP. In previous version (Access 97 or earlier?) I had only about 40 CDs on top of many more Albums and Tapes.
Since then I accumulated over 200 CDs, which I need to get in the database, which includes details like tracks, recording dates and individual performers, if known. Typing all that in is not an activity one can call fun.
Is there a way to import all available information about a CD from databases available on the Net? Windows Media Player shows tracks, etc. and so does NERO, but I haven't figured out how to get it in my Access database.

Help, please.
