music added to powerpoint won't play

I added music to my powerpoint using .wav and downloaded it to a jumpdrive.
Why won't sound play on other compters or how do I get it to play?
 
Try here and see if it does not fix your problem.
Sounds/Movies don't play, images disappear or links break when I move or
email a presentation
