MultiUser setup using ADP on a citrix environment

I am trying to pin down a good setup protocal when using ADP in a Citrix
environment. I have searched the internet but seem to get contradictory
advice.
What would be the best setup for mutiple Citrix users using ADP. At the
moment the ADP is on 1 shared application drive on Citrix and users use this
ADP. However the second user gets an error saying the ADP will be opened in
read-only as it is locked. In Access 2003 ADP there is no option to set the
'Default Opend mode' to either shared or exclusive. (This is available in
Access 2003 .MDB). Does anyone have and adivice on how to set up multi user
access using ADP on Citrix ? I am trying to avoid creating multiple front end
ADP instances for each local user.

Thanks

Every user should have his own copy of ADP in his user folder to run from,
although the "read-only" message does not do any harm except for annoying
user, because ADP is just pure front end and you do not want any user to
edit/design the ADP anyway.

Thanks, if the front end was approx 24mb and each user had a copy of the ADP
front end in their own work area would this effect performance at all?
