Multiuser internet connection problem

I have a WinXP pro WS with several users that can connect
and switch between them. Only onr user can connect to the
internet and browse, when I switch to another user and
try to browse I get a DNS error. I can ping and chat with
messenger.
Anyone seen this problem before?

when they get DNS error, can they ping 4.2.2.1? if yes, can they ping
yahoo.com?
