Multiuser Environment with different versions

I have a multiuser database saved in 2000 format used by people with 2003 or
2007 Access. When the 2007 users open the switchboard menu, it does not open
fully and does not allow them into the program. Do I need to make a 2007
front end linked to the 2003 back end?

Larry,

The 2007 users need to place the database in a Trusted location,

1. Office Button (upper left corner)
2. Access Options (bottom of dialog)
3. Trust Center (left)
4. Trust Center Settings (button)
5. Trusted Locations (left)

I am making a BIG assumption that each user has their own front end.
