Multiple Windows

On my computer, for every window that's open, I get a separate "button" on my
Taskbar.

I was using someone else's last week, and her toolbar aggregated all the
windows for IE onto one button. So instead of having one that read "Windows
XP...", one that read "http....", "CNN...", etc., she just had one that read
"Internet Explorer (3)".

How do I do that??
 
Control Panel > Taskbar and Start Menu > Taskbar tab > checkmark in
'Group similar taskbar buttons'
