multiple windows in Internet explorer

hi all
please tell me how to enable multiple windows option in
internet explorer, when i try to open another window the
current window is replacing with latest one.

From the file menu, choose NEW - WINDOW. Or right click
on a link in the current window and choose OPEN IN NEW
WINDOW.
