Multiple Vista installations

I have Vista installed on both C and E drives and wish to remove the E
version.

Can anyone suggest a method for so doing.

Boot into Vista on C: drive, open Computer > right click the E: drive and
click Format.

Wipe the drive via Format or whatever.
