Multiple Versions of Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributiable?

My system is Vista Ultimate [32 bit], and I have found that I have two
versions of Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributiable installed. The two
versions are 8.0.50727.42 and 8.0.56336. Is this a problem? If so is it
OK to delete the older version, or should I delete both and install the SP1
version [8.0.50727.762]?
