I've created a small simple database, used by 11 people to
track help desk calls. When someone records a call, that
record cannot be seen until e.g., person A closes the form
and then comes back in. Is there some configuration I need
to do so that as a record is entered it can be seen by
everyone?

We're running a CITRIX environment if that makes a
difference.

Thanks.

By default, Access forms refresh their data every 60 seconds. So, if
someone enters a record, it will be up to 60 seconds before another user
sees it. You can change this through Tools-->Options-->Advanced tab.
